Air Force Undergraduate Pilot Training Gouge Vault


"Drag and drop," filled with gouge for the Diamond DA-20, T-6 Texan II, T-37 Tweet, T-38 Talon, and T-1 Jayhawk along with the T-44/TC-12 and the T-34 Mentor.  It's viewable only by  UPT Instructor Pilots, Studs & Selects.  So how's it different from other online collections?  Two main differences.  First, you can "subscribe" to any number of gouge documents which means if they're updated or corrected you automatically get an email telling you so.  Second, any user can revise or update a piece of gouge.  Makes the statement "Live By the Gouge, Die By the Gouge" a little more pro-life.  Get some Gouge...

Air Force UPT Visual Reference Vault

All users can view our Visual Reference Vault.  Verified UPT IPs, Studs & Selects, however, can plot and edit existing points and see the procedural gouge for flying the VFR patterns (this is hidden to those without gouge access). Google imagery provides an outstanding technology which we've leveraged to provide a top notch preparation tool.

One of the first steps to take as a brand new UPT Class involves the administrative minutia of ordering class patches and stickers.  You'll need to find out who has some artistic ability and do a group think to come up with the next super cool class motto and design.  After you've reached consensus, you'll have several companies to choose from to order your new threads.

The company we use for our Friday Patch designs is Progressive Specialties (www.progspec.com).  They know the gig.  Owned by a retired fighter pilot with a son in UPT, they are more than familiar with the process.  We've included a link to their "patch design advice" documentation and their discount UPT Class rates here.

A Word Concerning Gouge...Minimize


The Vault contains Air Force UPT study guides, notes, and other reference material to help military pilots while in Air Force Undergraduate Pilot Training (UPT/SUPT,JSUPT).  The gouge is uploaded to the Vault by our community.  Users can delete gouge that is deemed "inappropriate" or revise gouge to make it suit the needs of the community.  The community (UPT Instructor Pilots, Students & Selects) regulate the content of the Gouge Vault.  You will not find crib sheets or other cheat materials in our Vaults!  We require .mil verification for access for the cause of OPSEC and to keep malicious internet personalities from accessing the collection.  Our gouge is no different than the gouge you can openly find on dozens of other websites with the exception of our system to keep it more updated and current.

Gouge is generally the streamlining of official government regulations and, as such, rarely produces new information necessary for a copyright claim.  Furthermore, the intended use, and reason for, gouge creation is to share it with the community without strings attached.  It is for these reasons, WantsCheck.Com holds no claim of ownership to the gouge contained in our Vault.  Unless expressed otherwise in the document itself, all gouge is free to share with the community without limitation applied by this website.  Gouge is never a substitute for official regulation and procedures and is always "use at your own risk."
