You get 250 TPP for any link, another 250 if it doesn't have a NOFOLLOW tag, and 1000 for any .gov or .edu site.  In addition, you get more TPP the higher the Google Page Rank of the page with the link to us (Page Rank of 4 is minimum for extra TPP).  The extra TPP is 100 for a Page Rank of 4 and increases up to an additional 10,000 TPP for the unlikely PageRank of 10.  Our software will determine the Page Rank automatically.  Wondering if you can claim the TPP for links to us on other websites even though you didn't put those links up?  You certainly can.
