WantsCheck.Com has put very little energy into advertising in its five year history. Due to our increased traffic and the complexity of our functionality, however, we have decided to actively pursue ad revenue. We have a highly specialized target audience and our functionality allows delivering specialized content to groups. We are, however, selective with our choice of advertising. If a product isn't something we think will be beneficial to our users we will not advertise for it.
We offer advertising in the following forms:
1. Traditional static and animated banner ads. Sizes include 728x90, 300x250, 234x60, 125x125, 120x240, 120x90, 120x60, and 120x600. Other sizes may be negotiated depending on the desired location on our site. We charge a flat rate depending on size and location of the desired ad. Please contact us for rates.
2. Highly specialized Textual Ads at the bottom of regular emails that go out to our users for several services they sign up for including email alerts for Guard/Reserve Unit page changes, congratulations message sent out when they add their pilot slot stats to our database, OPR/EPR bullet reminders, etc. Contact us for rates.
3. Ad space in our upcoming newsletter. This feature is not yet online.
4. Ad space in our Live Expert chatroom. This feature is not yet online.
We typically desire no more than a six month contract for advertising.
